Happy Sushi Ro Ba Ta is a proud family owned restaurant that opened up on 2004. The owner Takayuki Abe has worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years. He was also the manager/supervisor of Otani Garden Restaurant Palm Springs till he branched out and opened up Happy Sushi Ro Ba Ta.
Our biggest specialty is our home made teriyaki sauce and ginger dressing. Our prized sauces & dressings use recipes that have been passed down since 1988 when Mr. Abe came upon the recipe. Since then we have incorporated the product into our establishment. We are more than happy to serve you with our homely services and traditional taste of Japan.
